Holy cow, I literally spent 3 hours on Pinterest this morning. Listening to 50's jazz, sipping coffee with my Gracie dog at my feet, it was actually a fabulous way to spend my Friday morning. I had my intern update my Pinterest page last year. My goodness, it's so much more fun to do yourself! Here are some pics from my favorite Pinterest posts.

Japanese Washi Tape

I purchased Japanese masking tape at a boutique in Maine last summer and have been putting it all over my stationary ever since. I also made a flag banner with baker's twine, which now hangs from my mantel. So simply and pretty for spring!

All you need is baker's twine, scissors and your favorite Japanese washi tape. You you can find it easily online, the only difficult part is choosing from several colors and patterns.

Simply cut a piece of tape, fold it over and then cut an upside-down "V" at the bottom, and voila!
